Exciting Times at TBCS
February has been an exciting month at TBCS. Students were first involved in a spiritual emphasis week focused on following Jesus, then theme week with an international flavour, and finally a food drive. In the midst of all that we celebrated Valentine’s Day, and many were part of the Hockey Day in Canada events scheduled at TBCS.
March expectations are also exciting. Participation in the Regional Spelling Bee (March 3), the TBCS Science Fair (March 20-21), and the Skate-a-thon (March 21) are on the calendar. You are invited to come to see the science fair exhibits on display Wednesday, March 21.
At TBCS we strive to help students unwrap and develop their God-given gifts and talents. A wide variety of activities are provided as well as a strong academic program. The purpose is to educate students to be equipped for and responsive to God’s calling. If you are interested in joining with other Christian parents in the education of your children, you are encouraged to contact the school office by phone or email for more information.
Applications for the 2012-13 school-year are being accepted. You can arrange to tour the school, meet the teachers, visit classrooms, and/or make an appointment with the principal by calling the school office at 939-1209.
